WvW Tweet of the Week, Round 5: Magic SF Tactics

The Guild Wars 2 World vs World tweet of the week for round 5 goes to our friends at Gate of Madness, again!

The Story

We all know by now that Gate of Madness (aka Gate of Green) is ready for Silver League. Maybe they’re just that good, or that organized, or maybe – just maybe – they have, like, FIVE TIMES as many people on the maps as we do! So it makes sense that they were all over the Sorrow’s Furnace borderland on round five’s opening weekend. But that didn’t stop them from being all over our garrison in a long drawn out war of attrition either.

But guess who else was there, fighting GOM for our garrison? While their ENTIRE borderland was owned by GOM? That’s right, SF.

Why, SF?? Really. Tell. Why fight GOM for our garrison while GOM has your entire border? I guess we don’t have much of a platform to stand on to criticize SF, given that we lost to them handily in week 5.

GOM had lost a whopping two camps by the time we got around to taking a screenshot, which we used to call out SF on their state of mind. And GOM’s response?
